Arts Council Silicon Valley is a private, nonprofit arts organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Santa Clara County residents by supporting arts and culture throughout the county. As a grant making organization, they provide funding, advocacy, marketing and fundraising services to small to midsize arts groups and artists. As the official state and local partner with the California Arts Council and the County of Santa Clara,
they are now the largest non-governmental arts council in the state. |

The City of San Jose recognizes the importance of the arts to the cultural, educational and economic well-being of its diverse population. The Office of Cultural Affairs, a division of the Office of Economic
Development, has the responsibility of supporting, promoting, developing the arts in San Jose. Policy and program guidance is provided by the San Jose Arts Commission, a thirteen member citizen body appointed by the City Council and reporting directly to the Council. |

Horizons Foundation is a community foundation rooted in and dedicated to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Horizons Foundation mobilizes and increases resources for the LGBT movement and organizations that secure the rights, meet the needs, and celebrate the lives of LGBT people. It empowers individual donors and promotes giving as an integral part of a healthy, compassionate community.
